I want to walk my dog - on a bog- w/ pepper spray.....

I call the police department in February.  They say they can see me in three weeks to get me an FID for pepper spray. 

They call 2 days before my three week wait to cancel my appt.  Must have been a dance recital.

Now... I must wait till May or June - I forget which for an FID for pepper spray.  For 55000 a year.... I cannot get a licence to get pepper spray... to walk my dog....  for six MONTHS???  something is severely wrong with this picture.  "Can I go to another town???"  "no mam- you live here..."  SUCKS!

I went to to Town Hall last week to have something notarized. 

The Town Clerk put that her stamp expired 3/ 12. hmmmm  silly as I had it stamped in April
"ooops...so sorry"  "change it"  "its 2014 it expires"

Job: Town Clerk: Duty:  Notarize papers properly.... hmmmmm
